Dear Exhibitor: 

The National Association of Extension 4-H Agents have selected the theme, “Stake Your Claim” for their annual meeting which will be held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the Cox Convention Center, October 29-November 4, 2004.  Just as the courageous men and women who settled Oklahoma during the Land Run and staked their claim, now is the time for you to also stake your claim to be part of the conference. 

This professional improvement gathering will bring together and estimated 1,250 Cooperative Extension Agents who work with 4-H Youth Development across the nation.  These professionals provide leadership to our 75,000 adult volunteers across America who work with other 11 million members.  Your company/organization has been identified as a potential conference participant.  This will provide an effective and convenient setting to promote the products/services you have to offer to this national audience through our exhibits.  

The conference Planning Committee is planning on exhibits being displayed November 1-2, 2004.  We are scheduling times for attendees to visit with exhibitors and view booths, as well as break time in the exhibit area to insure adequate exposure of your business.  The cost of a 10’ X 10’ exhibit space is $850.00 for commercial venders and $425.00 for non-profit exhibitors; corner booths will be $100 in addition to the other rental fee.  Commercial exhibitors will receive a 10% discount if application is postmarked by April 15^th, 2004.  

The enclosed information provides more details about exhibiting at the conference including the application/contract, contract provisions, and exhibit show floor plan*. 

Applications/contracts received on or before April 15^th, 2004 with their placement preference fee will receive priority in location preference.
