Driving to the Conference

The downtown hotels and the Cox Business Services Convention Center are conveniently located just north of Interstate 40.

From the West:

Exit on Harvey (exit 150B) and turn right at the bottom of the off ramp. Proceed 3 blocks north to Reno Avenue (Myriad Gardens is right in front of you) and turn right.

To reach the Courtyard, travel 2 blocks east - the Courtyard is on the right, just past the Ford Center Arena. Check-in parking is in front of the hotel.

To reach the Renaissance – Go 1 block east and turn left on Robinson. Go 1 block north to Sheridan. Turn right on Sheridan and go 1 block east to Broadway. Turn left on Broadway. The drive for the Renaissance is on your immediate right.

To reach the Westin – Go 1 block east and turn left on Robinson. Go 2 blocks north to Main Street. Turn right and go 1 block to Broadway. Turn right into the drive for the Westin.

From the East:

Exit on Robinson (exit 150C) and turn right at the bottom of the off ramp. Proceed north.

To reach the Courtyard – Turn right on Reno and travel 1 block east. The Courtyard is on the right, just past the Ford Center Arena. Check-in parking is in front of the hotel. The hotel shares parking with the Ford Center. Be sure to tell the desk clerk you are parking with them – your room key gives you access to the garage once it’s validated.

To reach the Renaissance – Proceed north 2 blocks to Sheridan and turn right. Go 1 block east to Broadway; turn left on Broadway – the drive for the Renaissance in on your immediate right.

To reach the Westin – Proceed north 3 blocks to Main and turn right. Go 1 block east to Broadway and turn right. The drive for the Westin is on your immediate right.

From the North:

Exit I-35 onto I-40 westbound (toward Amarillo) and follow the directions listed above.

From the South

Exit I-35 onto I-40 westbound (toward Amarillo) and follow the directions listed above.

If you are staying on Meridian Avenue, or renting a car at the airport, allow 15-20 minutes to reach the downtown area and another 10 minutes to park and get to the convention center.

Parking

Hotel parking is $8/day with unlimited in/out privileges. Be sure to tell the desk clerk when you check in that you are self-parking. At the Westin and the Renaissance, you will receive a paper tag that goes on your rear view mirror – the parking attendant will ask to see it and the ticket you received as you entered the garage each time you leave. The Courtyard shares parking with the Ford Center. Your room key will be validated for access to the parking garage, and the key is needed to enter and exit the garage. For non-hotel guests, parking is by the hour, up to $8/day.
